How we buy goods and services fairly.
Value for money
We buy goods and services openly and fairly, and choose the offer that gives the best value, not simply the lowest price.
Quotations
For purchases above an amount set by the executive bureau, we seek at least three written quotations and record why a supplier was chosen.
Approval and records
Purchases are approved by two members of the bureau, one of whom is the Treasurer or President, and every payment is backed by a receipt or invoice.
Conflicts
No one may take part in choosing a supplier in which they or their family have an interest.
